Why Masturbating Is Healthy

I’m a HUGE fan of masturbating. (Ordering a new vibrator now.) It’s a way to discover one’s sexuality. It’s how you find out what turns you on (and sometimes what does not) and for a lot of us, it was what started our entire sexual lives. There are still many people that think masturbating is “wrong” or “dirty”. I’m giving reasons to why it’s perfectly normal, and healthy to masturbate.

Stress Relief

Orgasming has so many benefits. It’s nuts. For starters, it releases Oxytocin, you know the hormone that makes you feel love? It’s released right away. Your body is flooded with this hormone. Then you get REWARDED for having an orgasm. Yes, you read that right, rewarded. Your body gets flooded with Dopamine which could actually cause you to have a sex addiction. (Must explain my nympho-esque personality.)

Have you ever been so tensed up, stressed out, and irritable, but then you have an orgasm and you feel better? Yeah, that’s one of the best reason’s ever to masturbate.

Self Love

Orgasms can make you bond to another human being, so why not use that to your advantage? Use your masturbation-session as a time for you to bond with yourself. Show yourself some self-love. Learn to love your body. Learn to love what turns you on. Learn to love yourself.

It’s Fun

This is the best part about masturbating. You get to play with yourself and feel the pleasure. It’s fun to explore your fantasies and your body. And it’s a helluva lotta fun when you cum.

Explore what you like. Show yourself you care. Gain your confidence and have fun. Go order yourself some toys or use your hands. Maybe even your shower head. However you choose to do it, just get it done.

Stay sexy. Stay positive.

Ashley
